Provide the highest level of customer service to guests, ensuring that they have a memorable experience at our private beauty club.
Extend a warm welcome to guests on arrival and greet and escort them to their tables, being attentive to their needs throughout their visit.
Understand customers' needs and provide information or personalized solutions, working closely with the Reception team.
Actively listen to and resolve guests' complaints, analyzing customer feedback and continuously improving guest experience to enhance the private club's overall rating.
Develop new sources of clients and provide a strategic direction to build customer loyalty and enhance the high-end brand image of our private beauty club .
Assist with events coordination and liaise with the floor team and other departments to ensure the success of events.
Write marketing and PR messages for release to the media on the private club's latest technologies and special promotions.
Follow up with media contacts to secure editorial, arrange interviews, and media tastings for journalists and bloggers.
Assist in developing strategies to maintain the high-end image of the brand.
Perform marketing and sales activities as directed.
Handle ad hoc tasks as required.
